Software Engineer: designed and programmed the graphical user
interface (front end) for Windows versions of the COBRA family of
bearing analysis codes (COBRA-2G, COBRA-AHS, COBRA-EHL), and
designed the integration of COBRA codes with ANSYS for coupled
thermal/structural finite-element analysis.
Rotor Bearing Technology and Software, Inc. (RBTS), Phoenixville,
Software Engineer: developed a Windows graphical interface for the
ARMD rotordynamics package, and wrote a visualization system to
display 3D color-contour stress plots.
Wrote a lab-instrument automation application using National
Instruments’ LabView package, a numerical methods library in Fortran
for interfacing to Wolfram’s Mathematica system, and with COMSOL.
